Tasking restructures leadership

Tasking in Germany has appointed its CFO and CTO to lead the automotive development tool company after a period of acquisitions.

The move to appoint Christoph Mann, Chief Financial Officer, and Christoph Herzog, Chief Technology Officer, (above) as Co-CEOs follows the acquisition of through the acquisition of iSystem and LDRA. This increased the number of employees in the Tasking Group from around 50 to more than 300 during the automotive downturn.

Current CEO Gregor Zink joins the Advisory Board of the company in July after four years in the role, while Houssem Ben Abderrahman assumes the role of Chief Revenue Officer next week.

As a member of the Advisory Board, he will help his successors Christoph Mann and Christoph Herzog to continue his course and lead TASKING into a consistently successful future.”
